Smoky Bacon & Bourbon BBQ Sauce

- 4 tbsp Smoky bacon nooch
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Garlic clove, chopped
- 125g Tinned chopped tomatoes
- 120ml Tomato ketchup
- 30g Dijon mustard
- 45ml Vegan worcestershire sauce
- 45ml Apple cider vinegar
- 45ml Golden syrup
- 45ml Bourbon
- 110g Dark brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp Mustard powder
Add a small drizzle of oil into a sauce pan, then cook up the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add all other ingredients in and cook on a low heat for 15/20 minutes until the mixture has reduced by a third.
Blitz in a high powered blender or use a stick blender until a smooth consistency.
Bottled up and kept in a fridge, this will last up to 3 months.
Cheesy Immature Nooch
