Smoky Baconnaise Sauce
Cooks in: 5 minutes
Difficulty: Easy Peasy
- 4.5 tbsp Aquafaba
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Smokey bacon nooch
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 375ml Veg oil
- 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
In a bowl combine the aquafaba, mustard, salt, smoky bacon nooch and white wine vinegar.
Using a stick blender on it lowest setting, slowly add the oils. You must pour this slowly otherwise the mixture will split and you’ll end up having to start again! Trust us on this.
You’re all done, go drench some chips!
